At the beginning, from 10.00 - 10.15 a.m., you can expect a short input with tips on learning and self-care to prepare you optimally for the day.

In the “Rest & Meditate” course, you will be supported with breathing and meditation exercises to find yourself and your strength again. Whatever you bring and need on this day will flow into the approx. 30-minute meditation. What's behind your tension? Discover the power of fascia!

In recent years, research into fascia has produced a number of findings: fascia runs through the entire body like a network and is already referred to in the literature as a sensory organ. What fasciae are exactly, how tensions and adhesions can be released and that there is a connection with stress hormones are explained in more detail in theory. This will be followed by a practical session: we will explore the four pillars of fascia training.

Please bring sportswear and, if possible, your own mat!

Exercise is healthy, but why? And how can exercise have a positive effect on your mental health? We will get to the bottom of these questions in this lecture:

Expert and sports scientist Jürgen Maaßmann will explain what happens in the brain when there is a lack of movement and sufficient exercise. He will give you tips on how you can easily integrate exercises into your daily routine and how you can influence your mental health with exercise.

This offer is aimed at all students who want to pause for a moment and take a deep breath in the stressful everyday life of studying. Use this break as you wish: meditating in peace and quiet or in spiritual exchange with church staff.

The offer is not bound to a denomination and will be held in German and English.
