In recent years, research into fascia has produced a number of findings: fascia runs through the entire body like a network and is already described in the literature as a sensory organ. What fasciae are exactly, how tensions and adhesions can be released and that there is a connection with stress hormones are explained in more detail in theory. This will be followed by a practical session: we will explore the four pillars of fascia training. Please bring sportswear and, if possible, your own mat!
