The higher education team of the Federal Employment Agency offers advice to students, prospective students, students unsure about whether to continue their current studies, as well as graduates and experienced academics.

Open advisory offers

in Würzburg: Monday from 13:00 to 15:00
During the lecture period: Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month without prior registration

The Studierendenwerk is in charge of promoting students' social, economical, cultural state and their health. In this regard, the Studierendenwerk Würzburg offers extensive advisory offers for students:

Special circumstances

Students starting their studies under particular circumstances, for example students with children, students with disabilities or chronical illness, or international students can contact the Studierendenwerk for information and advice.

Cases of hardship

Students encountering cases of hardship, may contact the legal advisory services, the social counselling, or the psychotherapeutic counselling, where qualified professionals support students in successfully completing their studies.

Study financing

The Studierendenwerk Würzburg acts as the Education Assistance Office and is thus in charge of enforcing the BAföG. They offer extensive information and advisory services for all questions of study financing.
