Responsibilities Property Management
- Administrative project management for contruction projects
- Renting additional space to cover the space requirements of THWS
- Space management (recording and updating room data using FAMOS, preparation of space balances)
- Hiring-out spaces (for events outside the area of teaching or by third parties), lease agreements (cafeteria, canteens, etc.), licensing agreements (Gestattungsverträge)
- Handling of construction-related removals
- Procurement of furniture for THWS administrative departments and units
