Fully Funded Postdoctoral Researcher Position (2 years) – Generative AI & Human Behavior
The NLP research group at cairo.thws, led by Prof. Dr. Ivan Yamshchikov, is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Researcher interested in exploring Large Language Model (LLM) applications and their impact on human behavior. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment at the intersection of AI research, behavioral economics, and quantitative psychology, contributing to cutting-edge research on how LLM-powered solutions influence human decision-making and social dynamics.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Duration: 2 years

QUALIFICATIONS:
- PhD in Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, or Quantitative Psychology
- Proven track record of analytical skills and empirical research methodology
- Strong coding skills (Python)
- Prior experience with LLMs or other generative AI methods is highly desirable
ADDITIONAL BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Multidisciplinary research experience at the intersection of AI and human psychology
- Familiarity with experimental design and human-centered AI research
