A fantastic day at the HuMaIn workshop at KI-2024 conference!
We are happy to share that the HuMaIn Workshop on Human-Machine Interaction, organized by Prof. Dr. Ivan Yamshchikov and Prof. Dr. Pascal Meißner, was a great success at KI 2024 – 47th German Conference on Artificial Intelligence, hosted by Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
Bringing together experts from AI, social sciences, psychology, and the humanities, the workshop fostered discussions on advancing AI to interact with humans in intuitive, respectful, and engaging ways. A highlight was Dr. Alexei Grinbaum's (Centre de recherche CEA Paris-Saclay) plenary talk, “The Number Became Word: Artificial Intelligence and Western Thought.”
Together with other great speakers, Dr. Alexei Grinbaum made this workshop an inspiring event.
A big thanks to all our speakers and participants for being part of HuMaIn workshop and for making this event so awesome!
