Initiative family-oriented personnel policy

Since October 2022, THWS has been an active cooperation partner in the Initiative familienorientierte Personalpolitik.

In 2007, the Initiative familienorientierte Personalpolitik was founded by the district of Schweinfurt and the Employment Agency of Schweinfurt in order to support regional companies on their way to becoming family-oriented employers.

By joining this initiative, the University receives important support for being more attractive an employer for families. THWS wants to meet current developments, the increasing requirement to reconcile work and family life, and thus counter personnel shortages.

The initiative aids by showing family-friendly measures and fields of action, support measures and by networking.
