10 years of TWIN programmes at THWS
THWS is celebrating the ten-year anniversary of the TWIN programmes!
This year marks the celebration of the ten-year anniversary of TWIN programmes at THWS!
The TWIN programmes are an important pillar of THWS' internationalisation strategy and have contributed to the increasing internationalisation of the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt over the past years. Currently, there are 2,713 international students at THWS, of whom 1,911 are enrolled in Schweinfurt and 802 in Würzburg.
In the winter semester 2014/15, the first TWIN programmes were established at THWS, back then still FHWS: the English-taught bachelor's programmes Business and Engineering, and Logistics. Ever since, THWS has been extending the TWIN programmes. Currently, THWS already offers seven degree programmes with a German bachelor's degree programme and the corresponding English twin. Additional programmes are in the making.
